We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Some items from Risque Lingerie and Swimwear can be returned. If you’re not completely happy with something (with some exceptions), we’ll exchange it or give you a refund, provided it meets the following conditions:
- It’s returned in its original condition & packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with all labels attatched.
- Panties/Thongs and Swimwear – In the interests of hygiene, can not be returned. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
- Returns must be received by us within 20 days of the date you received your order. After this period, no merchandise can be returned.
- Shipping charges won’t be refunded if goods are returned – but if goods are returned and if you’ve asked for replacement items, you won’t be charged additional shipping when these are shipped.
